Jobs must be related to supporting others – customers, clients, fellow employees etc. Jobs MUST be remote.

Here are the categories:

Support: Assisting customers with the product or service.

Account Management: offering support to existing customers. Managing their accounts.

Administration/Virtual Assistance: An online assistant that provides help to clients.

Growth: Help clients/companies grow their business, by managing customers/clients. 

DevOps & System Administration: Supports with the development/administration of a software or service. Emphasis on automation, and on monitoring all aspects of software development. 

HR/People Ops: Managing all aspects of employment. With People Ops, you are placing an emphasis on company culture, and employee-first administration.

Technical Writing: Creating documentation to help an employee or client understand how to use a product or service.

Jobs can fit in multiple categories.

By submitting a job to SupportingRoles.io, you agree to all of the guidelines below. These guidelines may be updated at any time. By posting, the job poster agrees to the guidelines posted at the time of their job submission.

By posting a job on SupportingRoles.io you state that you are authorized to post a job on behalf of the company — either as the employer, an employee or an authorized recruiter. Supporting Roles will take no responsibility if this rule is violated and the company presses any charge.

  •  At this time, Supporting Roles will only publish remote positions.
  •  All postings MUST be in the English language.
  • Supporting Roles must approve job listings before they are posted.
  • Supporting Roles may reject any job listing with/without explanation.
  • Supporting Roles will issue a full refund for any job listing that is rejected.
  • Job Poster has 24 hours from submitting the job to remove and receive a refund.
  • Once a job is posted, job poster may remove the job at any time during the posting period. However, a refund will not be offered.
  • Supporting Roles may correct any of the text of the job description — this includes correcting grammatical errors, typographical errors, syntax etc. However, we will not alter the description in a manner that will alter the meaning of the job description or any portion of it.
  • Postings from companies relating to arms dealing, pornography, distribution of illegal substances shall be rejected. Supporting Roles will also close the account and block the email address of the poster.

  • Jobs from religious organizations shall be rejected. Jobs representing a political party shall be rejected. However, we gladly welcome jobs from organizations relating to human, animal, and civil rights.
  • Supporting Roles may close any users account at any time with or without explanation.
  • Postings that appear to be illegitimate or fraudulent will be rejected and the poster’s account will be closed and the email address shall be blocked.

Anyone can use the site to find a job at NO COST. Employers may also post jobs to the site for the following costs:

10 Days (FREE)

30 Days ($100 USD)

45 Days + Featured Listing (highlighted) ($125 USD)

 

Actually, you only need an account to post a job, not to apply for one! However, to post a job, you must be authorized by the company to do so.
